The Rooms

 

All sections (Park, Spa and Grand Village) have access to the main lobby areas, as well as both the Megano and Ensenachos beaches.  The Park section is accessible to all guests of the resort.  The Spa section is exclusive for those guests booked in the Spa section as well as guests of the Grand Village who are 18+.  The Grand Village section is exclusive to the guests who booked the Grand Village.  Palapas located at the most westerly side of Ensenachos are exclusive for the guests of this section as well as all services including the beach grill and bar located in the Grand Village section.

 

Park Suites (buildings 30 - 43):   Geared for guests with children.  This section consists of a total of 270 air conditioned rooms in 14 two-story bungalows with either a balcony or a terrace which are built around a central courtyard.  Ten of the rooms are Duplex 2-story suites which have a living room, dining table, powder room and terrace on the first floor in addition to a bedroom, bathroom suite and terrace on the upper floor.  Five rooms are specially adapted for the disabled.  The rooms are located close to the Mini Club for ages 4-12 and Water Park.  All rooms have a fully fitted bathroom that includes a separate bath tub and shower, hairdryer and toiletries, cable TV, CD/DVD player, telephone, either a king size bed or two double beds, iron and ironing board, coffee maker with coffee and an assortment of teas, a mini bar fridge that is refilled daily with beer, soft drinks and water as well as a safety deposit box (at no extra charge).  Room service is available from 11 am - 11 pm.

 

Spa Suites (buildings 20 - 29):  Located in the adults only 18+ area of the resort, the Spa Suites are geared to those looking for relaxation.  This section consists of a total of 190 air conditioned rooms in 14 two-story bungalows with either a balcony or a terrace which are built around a central courtyard.  Ten of the rooms are Duplex 2-story suites which have a living room and dining area, powder room and terrace on the first floor in addition to a bedroom, bathroom suite and terrace on the upper floor.   The rooms are located close to adult only pools and the quiet Spa pool.  All rooms have a fully fitted bathroom that includes a separate bath tub and shower, hairdryer and toiletries, cable TV, CD/DVD player, telephone, either a king size bed or two double beds, iron and ironing board, coffee maker with coffee and an assortment of teas, a mini bar fridge that is refilled daily with beer, soft drinks and water as well as a safety deposit box (at no extra charge).  Room service is available from 11 am - 11 pm.

 

Grand Village a.k.a. "The Villas" or "The GV" (buildings 50 - 72):  An exclusive area of pure luxury.  The Villas section consists of 46 units in 23 buildings (32 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom units). They feature either one or two bedrooms which have one or, in the case of the two-bedroom unit, two fully fitted ensuite bathrooms with separate shower and tub, a living and dining room, kitchen, terrace with a private Jacuzzi tub.  Other amenities includes toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, cable TV, CD/DVD player, telephone, iron and ironing board, coffee maker with coffee and an assortment of teas, a mini bar fridge that is refilled daily with beer, soft drinks and water  as well as a safety deposit box (at no extra charge).   Guests of Villas have a host of exclusive services and amenities such as a private check-in with free early check-in and late check-out, pool, hot tub, a section of Ensenachos beach with palapas that are reserved for GV guests only, beach grill restaurant and bar on the beach, Gourmet Restaurant "El Colonial" serving breakfast, lunch and supper, premium alcohol served at the GV bars as well as a concierge service with 24 hour room service and shuttle car transportation to Main Building.
