Beach Status After Joaquin

Well the hurricane that passed by Cuba may have made the waters rise last week, but it has left Megano beach much bigger. The dunes that were once there have been removed or pushed back creating a much wider beach area even though the water now rises up to the lifeguard stand. You can see in one photo the beach now reaches the volleyball court post which was once separated by a dune. This is very good news that there is still the most perfect beach in the world existing on Cayo Ensenachos.
