Welcome Carme M Vicens

We would like to give a warm welcome to Carme who has taken on the role of Grand Village Manager. She has only been at the Iberostar Ensenachos a couple of weeks now, but she has already started putting her mark and filling the shoes of Beatriz who was promoted last November to Room Division Manager at another Iberostar resort. Carme who oversees the entire section of the Grand Village from facilities to staff to guests was referred to as "the hummingbird" by one guest who was recently staying in the Grand Village. They said that she is "ever present and watchful she encourages the guest to voice any concerns with a eye on continually improving upon their experience."

Here we see Carme with Maikel, the Grand Village's most recent butler who has been in the position since November 2015 and is top notch at it as well, in front of the Grand Village fountain in front of the GV main building which houses the GV reception, lobby, bar, El Colonial restaurant and Carme office.
